Where does Groovy Magnets deliver and how long will it take before I receive my order?

Your order will be activated as soon as we have received your payment. Items in stock will be packed within 1 to 2 working days for shipment from Antwerp, Belgium. Your tracking code will be emailed. Tracing link

Returning policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your product(s) for up to 14 days from the date you received them. Only outlet products or promotional products can not be returned or exchanged. Delivery charges are on you. Please make sure that the articles are still in perfect condition and that they are packed well for the shipping trip.
We kindly ask you to include a note with your personal details + order number.

Once we have received the shipment and checked that everything is in order, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Tip: hold on to the dispatch note you receive at the post office, so that you will always be able to prove when you sent the product back.
