Groovy Magnets studio

Our PREMIUM magnetic wallpaper can also be used as a splash wall in the kitchen or bathroom. The wallpaper is washable and therefore water-resistant, moreover, you can immediately hang up all our toppings without drilling, write your messages with chalk or chalk pen and that splash wall will immediately look a lot funkier.

That is exactly why we installed it in our own studio. Because in our kitchen, it was getting a bit cramped. We kept on puzzling in our kitchen drawers and the cutlery trays and jars took up all the space we needed to prepare our oh-so-loved lunch salad. The Groovy team was unanimous: time for a makeover! And we love the result. From now on, we keep our tea, nuts and cutlery stylishly on the wall. There is even room for some nice snapshots on the wall. A feast for the eye and yet another magnetic upgrade of our studio!

Check how we did it

Gluing, rolling out, smoothing and cleaning

We chose the new Groovy Magnets wallpaper: writable with chalk and with chalk markers. This wallpaper is iron-based, very steady and splash-proof. We ensured that there was a smooth surface (in our case an MDF board) to attach the wallpaper to. Add to that the right wall glue and a good helping hand and you are off! Do you prefer a light wall? Then choose the white magnetic wallpaper, which can also be painted in your favourite colour.
